Coffee to Water Ratio: 340g/1.9L

Brew Time: 14 Hours

Grind: Medium-Coarse Setting

1. Weigh out 340 grams of coffee beans and grind on medium setting.

2. Pour ground coffee into filter bag, followed by eight (8) cups of water.

3. Stir coffee grounds gently with spoon or spatula for even saturation.

4. Cover and steep/brew coffee for fourteen (14) hours.

5. Serve over ice and dilute with water or milk using a 2:1 ratio of Concentrate to water or milk.

6. When the timer goes off, genty press the plunger all the way to the bottom.

7. Immediately pour the coffee into from the French Press into your favorite mug.
